Curious where everyone lands on this because it's quietly the thing I rate sites on most these days.
Support quality. Not response time, response quality. I asked a place a fairly specific question last month about whether a pending TRC-20 withdrawal had actually broadcast or was still sitting in their internal queue. Simple yes or no with a txid would have settled it.
What I got back, three times, was a paste about how withdrawals can take up to 24 hours. Different agent each time, same wall of text. Never answered the actual question. The money showed up fine eventually but the experience told me a lot.
Flip side, another operator's chat gave me the txid in two minutes and I watched it confirm on chain myself. Done.
So what's your read. Is canned support a dealbreaker for you or just an annoyance you tolerate if the cashouts land? Got a story either way?
Crypto casino support, real answer or just a canned reply?

oh it's a dealbreaker for me now, learned the hard way.
had a bonus dispute, wagering question, whatever. asked three times if a specific slot counted toward the rollover. got the copy paste about terms and conditions every single time, never a yes or no. ended up just reading the terms myself which, fine, but why have a chat then.
the place i actually like, i asked the same kind of thing and the agent literally quoted me the game weighting line and said this one's 10 percent heads up. that's it. that's the bar. it's not high and most still miss it.

I'm only on small stakes weekends so maybe I'm easy to please, but a canned reply doesn't bug me as long as it's fast and the cashout is clean.
Mostly my questions are basic, min withdrawal, which network, that kind of thing. The macro usually answers those fine. Where I'd care is exactly your case, a stuck withdrawal, and I haven't hit that yet. So I guess my honest answer is it hasn't been a dealbreaker because I haven't needed real support yet. Knock on wood.

txid or it didn't happen, that's the whole test. high volume here so i contact support more than most and you can sort sites into two piles fast.
pile one gives you the hash, tells you it broadcast, done. pile two stalls with the 24 hours line because the agent genuinely can't see the on chain status and is trained to buy time. the second pile isn't always a scam but it tells you their cashier is manual and queued, which means your fast payout is only fast when they're not busy.
